These terms

These terms are an agreement between you and Tabreel ("we", "us"). They cover the Tabreel website (tabreel.com), the web app, the Tabreel Chrome extension and the Tabreel API, together "Tabreel". By creating an account or using the extension, you accept these terms and our privacy policy.

If you use Tabreel for a company or another organisation, you accept these terms on its behalf and confirm you're allowed to. Tabreel is a tool for businesses and professionals, and isn't meant for anyone under 16.

What Tabreel does

You describe in a sentence what you want to show. An AI agent then uses your web app in your own Chrome tab, records it, writes a script, has a voice read it, and renders a video you can download or share. You can edit the script, and only the changed parts are made again.

Some features may be labelled as early or experimental. They can change or be removed while we improve them.

Your account

• Give accurate details when you sign up, and keep your sign-in secure. You're responsible for what happens under your account.
• Each person signs in with their own account. Teams share work through workspaces.
• Tell us at s.kouider@kouidev.com straight away if you think someone else is using your account.

Using Tabreel responsibly

Tabreel acts in your browser, at your request, with your access. So:

• Only use it on apps and accounts you're allowed to use, and only record what you have the right to show. Respect the terms of the sites you record.
• You're responsible for what the agent does in your tab. It asks before steps that send, delete or pay, and you can take over at any time, but it can still make mistakes. Use a demo or test workspace with sample data whenever you can.
• Personal data: emails and phone numbers are blurred automatically, but blurring can't catch everything. If other people's personal data appears in a video, you're responsible for having a lawful reason to show it.
• Don't use Tabreel to make anything illegal, misleading, infringing, hateful or harmful; to get into systems or data you're not allowed to; to send spam; or to break the law.
• Don't misuse the service: no attempts to break or overload it, get around plan limits, reverse engineer it, scrape it, or resell it without our written OK.

Your content

Your prompts, recordings, scripts, voices, brand kits and videos are yours. You give us permission to store, process and render them, and to send the parts described in our privacy policy to our providers, only to run Tabreel for you. That permission ends when you delete the content or your account, apart from copies we must keep by law.

You confirm that you have the rights to everything you put into Tabreel and to what appears in your recordings.

AI and what it makes

Plans, scripts and narration are written by AI. They can be wrong, incomplete or describe your product differently than you would. Watch every video before you publish it, and edit what needs fixing. Tabreel doesn't give legal, financial or other professional advice.

Share links

A video's share link and embed are public: anyone with the link can watch the video. Only share what you're happy for others to see. Deleting the video makes its links stop working.

Plans, payment and cancelling

• Free plan: 3 videos a month, with a small "Made with Tabreel" badge. No card needed.
• Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through our payment provider, Stripe, and renew automatically until you cancel. Prices are shown before you pay; taxes are added where the law requires.
• Cancel any time from the app. Your plan stays active until the end of the month you paid for, then moves to the free plan. We don't refund part-months, except where the law gives you that right.
• Fair use: each plan has a monthly number of videos and limits that keep the service fast for everyone. When you reach them, you can wait for the next month or change plan.
• Price changes are announced at least 30 days ahead by email or in the app, and apply from your next billing period. You can cancel before then.
• If a payment fails and isn't fixed, your workspace moves to the free plan. Your videos stay.

Our part

Tabreel's software, design and brand belong to us. These terms give you the right to use Tabreel while you have an account, and nothing more. If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without owing you anything.

Tabreel relies on other services, such as Google Chrome, our sign-in provider, Stripe and our AI provider. Their own terms apply to how you use them.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Tabreel running well, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may change, add or remove features. If we remove something important to paid plans, we'll tell you ahead of time.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time in Settings in the app. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts others or the service at risk, or when the law requires it. Where it's reasonable, we'll tell you first and give you a chance to download your videos. What happens to your data afterwards is described in our privacy policy.

Warranties and liability

Tabreel is provided "as is" and "as available". As far as the law allows, we make no promises beyond those in these terms, for example that it fits a particular purpose or that every video will be correct.

As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, revenue, data or business, and our total liability for any claim about Tabreel is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and 100 US dollars.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, such as for fraud, gross negligence, or death or personal injury caused by negligence, or rights you have as a consumer under the law where you live.

If you use Tabreel for a business, you agree to cover our reasonable costs from claims by others that arise from your content or from using Tabreel in breach of these terms.

Changes to these terms

When we change these terms we update the date at the top. If a change matters, we tell you by email or in the app at least 30 days before it applies. If you keep using Tabreel after that, the new terms apply; if you don't agree, you can delete your account.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the EU country where Tabreel is established, and its courts settle disputes. This doesn't take away the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, or your right to bring a claim there where the law gives you one. Before going to court, please write to us: most problems can be solved by email.

If part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies. Not enforcing a right straight away doesn't mean we give it up.
